To our loyal riders:
We apologize for a date change in the High Sierra Fall Century ride for 2010. Late in 2009 we made room in the calendar for a major bicycle event that was scheduled to come to our area. This event has now been cancelled and we are returning to our original place in the calendar, the first weekend after Labor Day, September 11 2010. We hope this change has not caused you any inconvenience and we look forward to seeing you September 11.

Cyclist next to Mono Lake, one of the oldest lakes in North America.

The 16th Annual High Sierra Fall Century is on September 11, 2010! The 100 mile course takes you along the spectacular east side of the High Sierra and into the quiet beauty of the Mono Basin with awesome views of Mono Lake and the White Mountains. Our route offers 100 miles of beautiful riding with no stoplights and just one stop sign! If 100 miles is more than you want to take on, short course options of 30 and 45 miles will also be offered. Click on the "courses" link for detailed route descriptions, maps and elevation chart.

All proceeds from the High Sierra Fall Century will benefit the Sierra Cycling Foundation, East Side Velo cycling club and other community organizations in the Mammoth Lakes area.

Your photo from the ride is now available to view and purchase on the web – see your picture here.
